Ingredients: chicken breasts, parmesan cheese, cooking wine, heavy cream, minced garlic, olive oil
Prep: Slice chicken into thinner pieces for faster cooking.
Step 1: Add olive oil to pan and lightly brown the chicken. Do not worry about cooking all the way through just yet.
Step 2: Remove chicken from pan and place aside while you do the next few steps.
Step 3, Add 1/3 cup minced garlic (or equivalent) to the pan and brown it. If you are using minced garlic, this is where you will cook off most of the liquid that comes with minced garlic and leave just the browned garlic behind.
Step 4: Add 1/4 cup of white cooking wine to the pan to loosen any browned chicken/garlic from the bottom of the pan. Stirring will loosen any browned bits from the pan.
Step 5: Add 1 cup of heavy cream to the browned garlic in the pan and mix on medium heat.
Step 6: Once heated, add 1 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese slowly, allowing it to melt into the mixture before continuing.
Step 7: Add the chicken back to the pan, stirring it into the cheesy garlic sauce you just created in step 6.
Step 8: Lower heat and let chicken simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes until ready to serve.
