Ingredients:

Mission Zero Carb Tortillas gotten from Walmart (0 Carbs)

Philadelphia Cream Cheese, or any cream cheese, but check carbs- ( 2 carbs for 2 Tablespoons)

Rancho Taco Ranch Seasoning, usually in with taco seasonings at Walmart – (1 carb for 1 ½ tsp, but I didn’t use this much in a big can of chicken)

1 can of canned chicken or any chicken you would like (4 carbs in 1 big can of chicken)

Chicken seasonings: I used a pepper blend with a little bit of other things (maybe 1 carb.)

Cheese of your choice (0 carbs)

Total Carbs: 8 carbs maximum

Step 1: Mix the Rancho Taco Ranch Seasoning into the cream cheese. (Mine was premade, and probably has 1 carb of the seasoning in the entire 8 oz of cream cheese.)

Step 2: Spread a small layer of the cream cheese onto the tortillas. 

Step 3: Mix your seasonings into your canned chicken and break up the chicken into a thin layer. 

Step 4: Put seasoned chicken onto the top of the cream cheese layer of tortilla.

Step 5: Shred whatever kind of cheese you like on top, and put another tortilla on top. 

Step 6: Place in oven until the cheese melts on a low setting. I used the “toast” feature on my toaster oven.
